Tonja graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She worked for several years as a social worker, until she and her husband started their family and she became a full-time mom to their four kids.
Tonja is the Ideal Protein coach at Lifeline Chiropractic. Ideal Protein is a weight loss program that fits our philosophy of healthy living. Tonja has personally experienced the benefits of Ideal Protein, which helps her have a personal approach to her coaching. A healthy lifestyle has always been an important part of life for her and her family.
Tonja and her husband, Scott, live a very active lifestyle with their 4 kids; Ellie, Abby, Nate, and Will. When they are not attending sporting events, they enjoy time at the lake and traveling.
James is a professional massage therapist from Maui Hawaii.
He has over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality and Health industry.
His love for helping others inspired him to pursue massage therapy training at the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, California.
James is trained in deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, trigger point therapy, and traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi.
James loves to customize each massage to the needs of the client to help benefit and maintain a healthy & active lifestyle.
Michelle has a deep passion for helping others and being a part of their health and wellness journey. She has 15 years of working in healthcare and over 10 years as a Massage Therapist. She received her education and training at Everest Institute in Eagan, MN. Growing up in sports, she experienced her own personal injuries and has gone through her own health journey of losing about 70lbs in the last few years and has been focusing on strength training and her most recent interest – running.
Michelle specializes in sports therapy, deep tissue, trigger points, mobility, and rehab work as well as Swedish, and prenatal. She works with patients as young as elementary aged to 90 years old. She enjoys customizing to each patient and their needs on pressure levels, techniques, and areas of pain and encourages open communication so each patient can gain a beneficial session.
Michelle is available Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during clinic hours.
